Legacy Aviation Services, a factory-authorized Twin Commander Service Center, has opened a new international sales office in Miami, Florida.
Legacy CEO Raul (RJ) Gomez opened the new regional office in the fall of 2013 to better serve Legacy’s customers in Central and South America and Mexico. “We have found tremendous success with our Latin American clients by providing a bilingual team that makes it convenient for our Spanish-speaking customers to receive the personalized service they deserve,” Gomez said.
Along with on-site aircraft systems expertise, the fully staffed regional office offers the same support and experience that is the hallmark of Legacy Aviation’s MRO team at the company’s headquarters facility at C.E. Page Airport (KRCE) in Yukon, Oklahoma, just west of Oklahoma City. In addition to customer support services, the new office supplies a broad selection of common spare and replacement parts ready for pick-up. With its proximity to Miami International Airports, Legacy will now be able to respond quickly to a majority of parts orders.
“Should customers require parts from our extensive Oklahoma-based spares inventory, the parts can be shipped directly to them or to our Miami location for pick-up,” Gomez said. “We want to create convenience for our customers.”
